On a personal level, we are a family business, we have all lost people close to us and care that the process is as swift and painless as possible for you. What’s more, we know your order of service card is something that reflects your loved one’s memory and we aim to make a product worthy of that expectation in every way. Likewise, we are passionate about print and believe it sustainability, so everything we do has respect for the environment in mind.
We are also human, so issues are possible from time to time – we have done everything we possibly can to avoid printing errors, including a simple proof system to try to ensure any issues are caught before printing.
In instances where a proof has been approved by the customer, we cannot accept responsibility for errors, however, we will do everything we can to remedy the problem for you at absolutely minimal cost.
If for any reason an issue is on our part, likewise, we will do all we can to rectify it and either reprint or refund you. That is the Paper Isle Promise.
