How Do I Order Funeral Stationery?

You can browse through our beautiful website, personalise your stationery and be registered in minutes (if you’re a returning customer our system will remember your details). Simply log in to your account with the yellow button in the top right corner of every page.

Once your order is submitted, you’ll receive an email confirmation with expected arrival date.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We appreciate time is of the absolute essence and we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of your approval. We use a next day courier service with a high reputation for reliability.

Do I need to create an account?

Registration isn’t a necessity, you can checkout as a ‘guest’, however, registering is recommended to ensure smooth order processing. It’s fast, easy and means your address be saved for future.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards through our SSL secured Worldpay payment system. Unfortunately we don’t take Amex or Paypal.

Why has my credit card been declined?

The most common reason for payments not going through is the billing address (where your card is registered to) being incorrect, so just give the 1st line and postcode a quick check over for typo’s. Failing that, you may need to call your bank to see if any temporary blocks have been placed on it.

Do you ship abroad (outside the UK)?

Yes, if you live outside Great Britain we have a range of fast and secure postal options which you can select at the basket checkout.
We can ship to Europe, North America/US and worldwide. We can only ship to the card holder’s registered address and goods must be signed for.

Transit times are generally quite quick, ranging from 3 days in central Europe to 4-7 for other international locations. You can select your location at the ‘basket’ stage of your order once you’ve added your items. We also have worldwide next day options we can quote on.

For shoppers outside the EU, VAT tax of 20% will be deducted from your total.

How much is international shipping?

This depends on specifics; the weight of your package, where you are located and how quickly you require it. We can quote on this and you won’t be charged until you have made your selection.

Where is your stationery made?

All our stationery is designed, made and hand-finished by our team in Scotland, UK.

Can I add on items after my order is placed?

If you place a 2nd order the same day online, and it’s before 1pm, we may be able to combine your items – just email us to arrange this.

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel please contact us immediately and we will do our very best to catch your order before dispatch! However, due to our fast turnaround this unfortunately isn’t always possible. For more information on cancellation and returns visit our Returns page.
